Hector leads a multi-player marimba orquesta that performs dance music for festivals, fundraisers, and weddings. His group covers everything from traditional sones to cumbia and boleros adapted for the marimba. He learned the tradition in Chiapas and has spent years arranging music for larger ensembles.
